Our university implements a comprehensive selection and placement process to reach the best professionals in the field.

Following the creation of a new employee request, a job description is created. In light of the job description, a systematic work plan is made with the relevant unit manager and the strategy to be followed in the candidate search process is determined.

Our interview process begins with a Human Resources interview and continues with an interview with the candidate’s manager.

In the final stage, candidates whose reference checks are carried out and found positive may also interview with Senior Managers if deemed necessary. As a result of this process, the candidate who is found suitable for the position is made an offer (Wage and Social Opportunities) according to the system used in our University and employee competencies. The candidate who accepts our offer is included in the orientation process following the job entry procedures.
