Registration and acceptance of students, preparation and announcement of course and exam schedules, issuance of student ID, scholarship and daily student transactions, tracking of course enrollment and withdrawal procedures on the dates specified in the Academic Calendar, preparation and announcement of class and exam lists, grade tables and Preserving and announcing exam documents, Providing and delivering discounted ID cards issued by IETT, Military service procedures for male students, Transcript, Diploma and post-graduation office procedures.

It provides the support services needed in areas related to its duties in all faculties and programs of the university. Performs internal office operations and similar duties from the Faculty and Faculty programs.

It helps students to have a peaceful and successful student life both on and off campus, and provides them with guidance services. He becomes an honorary parent to our students who join our family, guiding them in their private lives. It acts as a bridge in its field between students, student families and other units of the university.
