Education and Training Planning Coordination Unit

As of July 2018, the “EDUCATION-TRAINING PLANNING COORDINATORSHIP” Unit was established within the Piri Reis University Rectorate to work under the Rectorate.

Main Working Areas of the Coordinatorship;

Effective and efficient use of physical spaces (Classrooms, Laboratories, Training Pool, Workshop, Advanced Fire Training Center, Simulators, Training Ship, etc.) where classes and practices are held at our university;
Applications and studies aimed at identifying and supplying the infrastructure deficiencies of these places,
Capacity determination and identification of new needs,
Monitoring the creation of the draft program according to the Exam Order,
Coordination of services regarding course/faculty appointments integrated into the Student Information System,
Issues such as creating and monitoring draft programs regarding the education of foreign students and exchange program students,
These constitute the main headings of the Education and Training Planning Coordination Office.

Work on its sub-committees and regulations is in the process of being completed.
