Student Affairs
Our aim is to provide a service befitting the quality level of our University.
The services provided include registration and admission of students, preparation and announcement of course and exam programs, issuance of student IDs, scholarship and daily student transactions, monitoring of course registration and withdrawal transactions on the dates specified in the Academic Calendar, preparation and announcement of class and exam lists, protection and announcement of grade sheets and exam documents, provision and delivery of discounted ID cards issued by IETT (Istanbul Electric Tramway and Tunnel Establishments), military service procedures of male students, transcript, diploma and post-graduation office procedures.
The Student Affairs Unit;
-Provides support services in areas related to its duties in all faculties and programs of the university,
-Performs office operations and similar tasks within the scope of the faculty and faculty programs,
-Helps university students to have a peaceful and successful student life on and off campus, and provides them with guidance services,
-Becomes an honorary parent to our students who join our family by guiding them in their private lives,
-Acts as a bridge in its field between students, student families and other units of the university.
