Office 365 Setup Guide

Here are the steps to reset or set up your Office 365 account password:

1. Go to outlook.office365.com and log in.
2. Enter the username and password from the email sent to you by bilgi.islem@pirireis.edu.tr, which contains your Office 365 account details.
3. Create a new password:
   • The password must be at least 8 characters long.
   • It should contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and numbers.
4. If you’ve forgotten or lost your password:
   • Enter the password sent to you by bilgi.islem@pirireis.edu.tr.
   • Enter your new password.
   • Re-enter the new password to confirm.
5. If you’ve lost or forgotten your password, enter an alternative email address to reset your password. This email should not have a pirireis.edu.tr domain.
6. Click Next.
7. Select Set it up now.
8. Enter an email address you have access to (it should not be pirireis.edu.tr) and click Send me an email.
9. Check the inbox of the email address you provided. Look for an email from msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com with a code.
10. Enter the code you received in the email.
11. On the Authentication Setup screen, click Finish.
12. Finally, in the last step, select the checkboxes according to your preferences to regain access to your account.
