I International Scientific and Practical Conference

“TRANSPORT, PORT, LOGISTICS, SECURITY: MODERN-DAY CHALLENGES AND

DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS”

will take place on September 28, 2023. 

Materials will be published in the conference proceedings (electronic edition).

Sections of the conference:

Section 1. Management of Logistics Networks. 

Section 2. Economic Support for the Development of Transport and Transport Systems. 

Section 3. Port Intellectualization. 

Section 4. Environmental Safety Management of Transport Flows and Port Operation.  Section 5. Legal Regulation of Transport Safe Operation. 

Forms of participation: 

Personal – oral report and abstracts publication; Remote – abstracts publication.

10.09.2023 – abstracts submission 

15.09.2023 – abstracts approval for publication 

20.09.2023 – access to the conference program 

23.09.2023 – last date of registration

28.09.2023 – day of the conference holding

28.10.2023 – sending out the conference proceedings

Languages of the conference– Ukrainian, English.

Abstracts of reports written in Ukrainian and English are approved for publication. Abstracts publication is free of charge. Authors of works are fully responsible for the reliability of factual and digital information, proper names, geographical names, quotations and other information. 

TOPICAL SECTIONS OF THE PROCEEDINGS: 

  1. Management of Logistics Networks.
  2. Economic Support for the Development of Transport and Transport Systems.
  3. Port Intellectualization.
  4. Environmental Safety Management of Transport Flows and Port Operation.
  5. Legal Regulation of Transport Safe Operation.

Materials published in the proceedings undergo internal and external peer review by members of editorial board or experts in the relevant field. 

ABSTRACTS FORMATTING REQUIREMENTS 

A scientific paper must contain the following elements: 

  1. Title (capital letters, bold type, center-aligned) 
  2. Author’s (co-authors’) personal data (right-aligned):
  3. author’s (co-authors’) full name; 
  4. scientific degree, academic title and honorary degree; 
  5. position and official name of an institution (enterprise, organization) of the main workplace; – city, country; – email; 
  6. author’s (co-authors’) ORCID ID (ORCID ID: https://orcid.org/….-….-….-….).
  7. Abstract should contain a brief description of such components of a study as a purpose, results, conclusions (max. 250 words).  
  8. Keywords – 5-8 words and phrases.
  9. Reports.

A report should be structured as follows:

An introduction should contain a problem statement, as well as the relevance of the chosen topic, an analysis of the latest research and publications, purpose and task of a paper.

The main material of the study and its results should highlight scientific facts obtained, revealed regularities, connections, trends, methods of obtaining and analyzing factual material, ideas, opinions, the author’s personal contribution to the achievement and implementation of conclusions.  Conclusions should cover the most important results of the study that contain scientific novelty and have theoretical and (or) practical significance by means of generalization of scientific information accumulated in the main part of an abstract, that is, a consistent, clear, logical author’s presentation of the most important results and prospects for further research. 

  • The scope of the paper is at least 3 A4 pages, font – Times New Roman (font size – 14), line space – 1, margins – 2 cm on all sides. In an abstract text, all statistical data, tables, illustrations, quotations should be indicated with the references in square brackets and correspond to source numbers according to the list of references, also indicating the pages the author refers to (e.g. [1, p.25], [2, p. 46-48], [3; 4], [5-8]).
  • List of References should be translated into English and formed in accordance with the international citation format (APA Style).
