{"id":379,"date":"2024-10-30T00:56:59","date_gmt":"2024-10-30T00:56:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev1.pirireis.edu.tr\/en\/?page_id=379"},"modified":"2024-12-26T08:32:24","modified_gmt":"2024-12-26T08:32:24","slug":"educational-planning-unit","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/pirireis.edu.tr\/en\/about-us\/units-affiliated-to-the-rectorate\/educational-planning-unit\/","title":{"rendered":"Educational Planning Unit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The &#8220;EDUCATION-TEACHING PLANNING COORDINATORSHIP&#8221; unit was established under the Rectorate of Piri Reis University as of July 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Main Areas of Work of the Coordinator\u2019s Office:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Effective and efficient use of physical spaces where courses and practices are held at our university (Classrooms, Laboratories, Training Pools, Workshops, Advanced Fire Training Center, Simulators, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>Identification of infrastructure deficiencies in these spaces and implementation of actions for their provision;<\/li>\n<li>Determining capacity and identifying new needs;<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the creation of draft schedules according to the exam schedule;<\/li>\n<li>Coordination of services related to course\/faculty member assignments integrated with the Student Information System;<\/li>\n<li>Creating and following up on draft programs related to foreign students and exchange program students&#8217; education and teaching;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These are the main topics covered by the Education-Teaching Planning Coordinator&#8217;s office.<\/p>\n<p>The subcommittees and regulations are in the final stages of completion.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The &#8220;EDUCATION-TEACHING PLANNING COORDINATORSHIP&#8221; unit was established under the Rectorate of Piri Reis University as of July 2018.
