The theme “Empowering Society Through Education 5.0” invites shared experiences from diverse participation of global educators who are passionate in making continuous improvements in teaching and learning. The organization of IUCEL 2023 aims to promote, explore and share global best practices and expertise in e-Learning at all levels of learning institutions from around the world

25th to 26th September 2023 with the theme “Empowering Society Through Education 5.0”.
